From their foot stomping Progressive Country, Classic Country, 1980's Pop and Old Rock to good old Louisiana Swamp Pop, they will keep you dancing for sure. Southern Skkyy has gained a solid reputation as a premier country music, dance, party and show band. If you look at the band's experience it's no surprise. The members of Southern Skkyy are no strangers to the performing world, with over 100 years combined experience. The chemistry that has evolved from these six guys and one gal coming together is amazing. |

10:00 p.m. - BIG CAT DADDY Featuring Todd O'NEILL
What makes a great variety band? Think about the best concert you've ever seen. Have you ever experienced a group so tight, so bursting with energy, harmonies, chops, and good-natured, infectious enthusiasm that you couldn't stay in your seat? If you've never gone home from a concert with aching feet and an ear-to-ear grin, then you haven't seen BIG CAT DADDY FEATURING TODD O’NEILL Part of the secret is Big Cat Daddy's repertoire. Though they're a young band, they aren't afraid to put their stamp on classic songs from the Country greats of yesteryear, while also staying current with today's Top 40. This fearless versatility also allows the band to bring down the house with musical ammunition ranging from R&B and Soul to Rock, Pop, Zydeco and their own show-stopping original tunes. Ultimately, though, Big Cat Daddy is probably South Louisiana's hottest live variety band because of their joyful, take-no-prisoners performances. They make complex harmonies, virtuosic instrumental solos and relentless, tighter-than-a-bull-rider’s-grip grooves look easy. And through it all, Big Cat Daddy maintains an emphasis on entertaining: on giving their fans an experience that will energize them, tug their heartstrings, and send them home to soak their feet and try to wipe the grins off their faces. This is what Big Cat Daddy is all about.....
